HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR VANITY REWARDS ONLINE?
You can sign up by creating an account via the link below, logging in to an existing account and selecting ‘Register for Rewards', or registering for an account during the checkout process.
WHEN WILL INFORMATION ABOUT MY VANITY REWARDS ACCOUNT SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
Please allow 3-5 business days for information about the Rewards Program to show in your account.
IF I SIGN UP FOR THE VANITY REWARDS PROGRAM ONLINE HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBER CARD?
If you sign up for the Vanity Rewards program online you will receive your member card via mail to the address entered. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your member card.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY POINTS UPDATE AFTER A PURCHASE IS MADE?
Once registered instore or online, you must ensure that you are logged in to your account for the points to be added. Points will be applied to your member account within 7-10 business days. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on merchandise (pre-tax). You will also have other opportunities to earn points. Watch for additional information on what those opportunities will include. Not valid on purchases previous to 10/15/13.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
Online once logged into your Vanity account during checkout there will be a box specific to entering in your Vanity Rewards Coupon number. In stores you can print and present to redeem your reward or you can show the reward on your mobile device.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A RETURN ON A PURCHASE I PREVIOUSLY GAINED POINTS ON?
There will be a deduction of 1 point per dollar returned from your reward point balance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY VANITY REWARD'S MEMBER CARD?
Your Vanity Reward's Member Number can be retrieved at any Vanity store location or online at Vanity.com. Once logged in to your account online your member number will be noted under the ‘My Account' section.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
You can check your points balance at Vanity.com once logged in to your account.
ARE THERE ANY TRANSACTIONS WHERE I WILL NOT EARN REWARD POINTS?
Gift Card purchases will not earn points as this is an exchange of tender. The person using the Gift Card will earn Vanity Rewards points if they sign up for a Vanity Rewards account or log in to their existing account.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VANITY REWARDS?
Rewards will be received via email. Please make sure your email is current and entered correctly. Vanity is not responsible for rewards sent to the wrong/mis-keyed email addresses.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE REWARDS SENT?
Rewards are emailed on Mondays and Thursdays, but only to those members who have accrued 200+ points.
CAN MY REWARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS?
Yes, you can apply your reward to orders that have other coupons and/or discounts already applied to the order. This is a different type of discount that will be taken off at the end of the transactions, as if it were a tender. Reward coupons, however, have no cash value.
There is no limit to the number of reward coupons that can be used in the same transaction in store. Online you can enter up to 5 reward coupons per order. However, if you use more then you spend, you will forfeit the remaining reward dollars earned. For example, you have 2 -$10 Rewards Coupons, and you only buy $15 dollars, the entire second $10 Reward Coupon will be used.
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
Vanity rewards expire 90 days after they have been sent via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM I REDEEMED MY VANITY REWARDS ON?
The Vanity rewards are a one-time use. No refunds are allowed and a reward will not be reissued.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM A VANITY REWARDS MEMBER AND UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?
If you unsubscribe from Vanity's emails, your account will be inactivated and points will no longer accrue and rewards will not be sent.
